Nice and clean hotel

Nice and clean hotel, very modern and cozy. Small but functional balcony. The bathroom is also really nice and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of suggestions for the city and transportation and helped us book a bus to Hoi An. Big thanks to Linda and Emma! the location is also very nice, in a quiet street not far from restaurants, cafes and bars. I would totally recommend this hotel.

The perfect hotel!

The most amazing hotel in Hue! Everything is fantastic, but the best thing about it is the staff. They are all so so kind and thoughtful. Particularly Linda, Elena, and Khuong. They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay truly special. They are such lovely people. I would stay at this hotel again for the wonderful staff. The breakfast is delicious, with a mix of buffet and food made to order. Everything was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the hotel was nice and quiet. The air conditioning was also really good, much needed after hot days of walking! Perfect spot, close to walking street and good for pick ups for day trips. Beds super nice and comfortable and lovely hot shower. The hotel has a really good feel, and a great atmosphere of calm and kindness. It is excellent value for money, for how good it is and how much you get included. Particularly with the vast breakfast options and if you get laundry done, it is not expensive. We had a lovely time here in Hue. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing Stay!

This is an excellent stay! We stayed for 1 night whilst travelling up from South to North of Vietnam. It was so clean, the beds were the best we have stayed in throughout Vietnam.
Amazing service from housekeeping to front desk staff especially, Lucy & Linda.
Breakfast was also great!
Definitely recommend, and will stay again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service !

It’s our third year to visit Vietnam and have been to many different Cities and Hotels. Our stay at The Orchid Premium in Hue was by far the most excellent customer service we experienced. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Ruby, Sunny and 2 more staff and served us fresh fruits and drinks. Our room was very clean and cozy. We always start our day with a beautiful smile and warm greetings from the staff at the breakfast room. The food selection was delicious. We had an early check-out to catch a train and no time to eat breakfast but Sunny put together pastries and fruits in a to go cup for us to bring. To the entire staff, Thank you so much for taking good care of us.
