The hotel portion rooms with the kitchenette are great to have! Very comfortable room overall. Wonderful amenities! Convenient to ALL parks, restaurants amd other areas.

Check in was time consuming. It’s a vacation club. So many people (time share owners) in line at the check in counter to ask questions. Hotel guests had to wait in the same line. We waited 30 minutes and the line only moved by 2 people. Salespeople walking around everywhere, ready to make a vacation club sale, yet no hotel clerks to help expedite check in. Property is located too far away from any restaurant options/fast food, or grocery stores.
Outside of the property is really run down.
Our check out time was 10 a.m.
at 8:00 a.m we had a man carrying a leaf blower ringing our doorbell over and over telling us it was time to leave so he could clean the suite.
He wasn’t English speaking so we had a hard time trying to get him to understand our check out time was 2 hours away.
Property is too big. More like a golf resort. Very hard to find our unit.
I won’t stay there again.

We had a 3 bedroom in East Village. Our room was clean and perfect for 3 families. Loved the new exit/entrance that saved us time going to Disney. Staff was great!

Comfortable unit, but really needs some cleaning and maintenance. Toilet tanks have lots of mold, master shower leaked, another shower hardly drained, old carpet, mold on one of the a/c vents. They offered to come clean, but these are things that should be maintained BEFORE guests arrive. Comfortable beds and great pools.

Great value. Room had a kitchen and was a good size. Resort had pool area and arcade. Awesome value.
