Do NOT stay here. Should be condemned.

My 1 year old granddaughter found a used condom on the floor of our room. They tried to scam us out of $100. They charged us for the entire stay upfront, so we couldn't leave and go elsewhere. The toilet didn't work. It was filthy. The staff was awful. I wouldn't stay there again, even for free. Please look at the pictures, and imagine being there with a small child.

Don’t do it

Upon arriving at the hotel the front desk lady tried to make me pay for my room again it wasn’t until I showed a receipt that she recognized it was paid for already. They insisted I pay a security deposit with a second card. After that was done they charged random amounts until they couldn’t take any more money out of both accounts. I’ve been checked out 3 days and they’re still trying to charge me for things. The first room I got had black mold on the walls, the heating and ac until had tree bark in it and an inch of dust on the filters and my bed was dirty. I called corporate as it was advised by the lady at the front desk. She moved me to a better room and all was fine. A couple of days later I’m assuming the man to be the owner showed up to my room demanding I take my complaint back or I was going to be kicked out without a refund. I was told because I had a dog I didn’t deserve a clean room. Now we’ve had to file a police report against them for fraud and harassment. Don’t stay here you’d be better off in a tent along side the highway. The guests they keep deal drugs in the parking lot and they’re scammers.

Returning for stay. Was declined service because they stated room was left dirty, although reported a leak under sink that noone came to check. Towels were used to clean up water. Was charged cancelation fee. They canceled. I did not.

Evening check in, the guy at the counter was overly friendly or welcoming. The hotel was under renovation? Funny smells. My room was clean but not clean. Bug on the ac unit. Stains on the curtains. Breakfast was minimal. Cereal , waffles, toast and donuts. No coffee. Not very impressed at all. Guys outside playing loud music and drinking in the parking lot all night long.
Definitely could have been better.

Got to room, the tv did not work. The man stated that it was not their tv. He did change tv out for another. The room door was faulty. We reported the first night that the sink was leaking. They stated someone would check it in the morning. Nonone checked it. It leaked the whole week we were there. We had no housekeeping (other than change of towels).After we left, we booked a stay (hoping for a better room), only to be told, we couldn't stay because room was dirty. I pay to stay in a room, THEY are paid to clean it. Do I need to get a new room every day in order for housekeeping to do housekeeping?
