The hotel is a little dated and parking was expensive but the room was ok and relatively clean. The beds were comfortable but wouldn’t stay again, better options in the area.

Sheets had stain marks but it looked like it was washed before. The bathtub was not clean.
Otherwise the staff were nice. Provided me water bottles when I asked where I can purchase some. The food from the connected shop was not bad. If I ever need to travel to Seattle again. This hotel would be considered.

I was charged twice for the room with an extra charge for the reservation fee as well. This ended up taking all the money out of my bank account for my entire trip and over drafted my account! I did not have access to my own money for 4 days because somebody made a huge mistake and charged my 3x the amount I was supposed to pay. The front desk staff was not helpful and told me to call my bank, which I did, but my bank said they couldn’t reverse the charge without putting a fraud charge on my account and that would invalidate my bank card and leave me without access to my travel money. I went to the front desk every day of my stay about this issue but they couldn’t see the charge and kept telling me to call my bank. I’m so disappointed. When I checked out they told me everything would be refunded to my bank account. If this does not happen and I’m charged extra for any of their mistakes I will be taking legal action. This hotel was terrible and the service was not helpful.

OK for a short stay.

Nothing special about this Hotel! It was clean and met our needs. There are very few amenities being offered. I asked for bathrobes as the room did not have any and as such, they were duly delivered to me. Bathroom was very small. Beds comfortable. We were fortunate to have been assigned a corner room with 2 windows.
The safe was also not working correctly, and on check out, I noted this to the registration clerk at the desk. The location is fair, but other than that, this hotel is not too executive. It was reasonably priced.

A lot of headaches and waiting. Had a problem with tv, coffee maker, valet was messed up and slow and was a total headache every time coming or going, breakfast was not delivered there so was not available in the morning yet already paid for. Just a lot of issue throughout my stay and pretty stressful and frustrating.
