Great place to stay

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable beds. I would mention that the deodorizing in the building is a bit strong. They have a very good hot breakfast but the coffee was not good. Staff friendly. Close to interstate and lots of places to eat some within walking distance.

Never ever stay here.

The pillows are 1” thick foam. Bloodstained sheets. Sinks that don’t drain. Torn curtains. Water pouring from the ceiling by the elevator for THREE WHOLE DAYS. Stained carpet in the hallways and vomit on the wall. Dog poo station with no bags. Dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere. A broken crack pipe in the parking lot. Breakfast supposed to be served until 10 but a hand-written sign on the wall said 9am. Room materials said checkout was at noon but we were charged for a late checkout. We were charged a pet fee even though nowhere on the materials did it say there was an additional pet fee.

I booked through hotels.com.. then when I arrived I was also charged by the hotel TWICE! So, I ended up paying 3x for 1 night. I was able to get a refund for the 2 wrong charges after 5 days, but that didn’t help the fact that I was triple charged and it came out of my bank account immediately! The room was ok, the telephone did not work and was covered in ketchup and other filth. The heater unit was cracked and worked half of the time. The fridge was not cold. The bedding and towels were all stained and sheets had holes. The door lock was busted off as well.

Won't go back

Neighboring room's TV could be clearly heard ALL night long. Shower floor was disgusting. Lobby coffee was cold. We missed breakfast due to oversleeping from overnight patron noise. Expected more from a Wyndham-owned hotel. We won't go back and will be hesitant to stay at a LaQuinta in another city.

Not my favorite LaQuinta. Hallway carpets stained and dirty. Elevator needed cleaning. Bedroom carpet stained; lumpy uncomfortable bedding quilt.
