Good experience

Stayed in the king suite and it was great. Very clean room. Think the room was recently refurbished too. Just right opposite seaworld and there is also a free shuttle to the park. Staff at hotel is also very polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Will stay here again if im back.

The Hotel advertises that there are ADA lift chairs for the pool. They have them but they do not opwrate amd are in Disrepair. When spoke to the front desk they advised that maintenance would look at them. Stayed at the hotel for a week and the chair was never fixed. I book hotels that allow for me a double amputee to share comfort with my family. I was unable to use the pool with my family. Speaking with the front desk they showed bo urgency to fix the problem or care about my situation.

Stayed overnight for a quick trip to LegoLand and SeaWorld Orlando. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed.

Clean if you don’t look in the corners. Comfy bed and large shower head, no bath tub, no carpet. Good size room, remodeled sort of minimalist decor. Clock didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, front desk doesn’t answer phone (understaffed), Typical breakfast, prefab omelets, turkey sausage, cold, pancakes, assorted breads, hot cinnamon rolls.. Two people working the kitchen and tables working as fast as they could. Large breakfast area. If you reserved your room on a promotion you will not be given reward points, unlike other chains. Also, we were not told there is a $15 a day parking charge and the parking lot is shared with the Marriott. Won’t be back.

We usually stay here whenever we go to SeaWorld. The room is spacious and typically clean. This trip however, we did run into some hiccups, but the staff was very kind and quick to remedy the situation. The ac was rattling and very loud, and the bathroom floor was sticky upon checking in. Besides that, great.
