FANTASTIC HOTEL!

One of the best hotels in Ontario. The staff and management have always bent over backwards to accommodate the guests. They go above and beyond. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are always very clean. Im very picky about cleanliness because have stayed at other places that are filthy. Housekeeping pays attention to detail. Thank you for that. Check in and out is a breeze. They even give you fresh cookies at check in which I loved. I definately recommend this hotel and will for sure return to stay there. The price is right and I appreciate that. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.

I guess housekeeping does not include replenishing things like kleenex or making the bed. The hotel overall was in ill repair.

We ended up only staying one night, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathtub was dirty so we didn’t even wanna take a shower. We decided to check out and not stay the second night. The person at the desk had no clue what he was doing I was never able to end up getting any paperwork that we even checked out, so now I’m probably going to have to battle with my credit card company to get my money back.

I was expecting a 3 star property its really a 2 star. The room was extremely cold. I was not able to turn off or adjust the A/C. The window shade/ covering offers NO privacy I felt like i was in a fishbowl and the security latch on the door was broken. The GM or property owner should do at least monthly room checks to address major and minor repairs. Just because the room was only $122 nightly it should not feel like it. If u want to attract a DIFFERENT type of customer on a regular basis DO BETTER with the little things.

Have stayed here many times over the years. Many food options in the area as well as Ontario Mills Mall. Staff at site very friendly!
