Such a clean place. Super close to everything fun. If you are attending anything at baxter arena this is within walking distance. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Heat wouldn’t stay on at all the heat kept turning into cool air and you can’t even hook a PlayStation or anything up because they way the program the TVs not to allow it I’m thankful my kids didn’t come or they wouldn’t have no “entertainment” at all should put that into the description

Everything was excellent until we went to give our handicapped daughter a shower. There was no possible way to utilize the shower bench. It was pinned in the folded up position by the handrail. We told the front desk about it at check out. She apologized and said we weren’t the first guests to complain about it. Why hasn’t the issue been resolved? No offer of compensation for the inconvenience either! So frustrating!! We consciously book an ADA room because we NEED those amenities!

Checking in was a breeze. The room was modern and seemed clean. The AC was loud at night which was the only complaint.
