This place is a dump, way out of town and no one was even in the casino. The hotel is very dated and smells in the hallways. Won't make this a stop again if we return to Tunica.

I stayed here for business and did not visit the casino. The air quality was polluted with smoke and made it hard to breathe. There was a moldy odor in the hallway of hotel. Upon checkout at 7:15 am, I had to make two trips from the room to my vehicle. When I returned to the room for the rest of my things, I couldn’t enter. Key card dud NOT work. I went to desk for help and the clerk refused to help me without showing mg ID. She had just saw me walk out of hotel. I returned to the desk after retrieving my ID. Clerk rekeyed cards but this did not work. I was still locked out of my room. Returned to service desk and the clerk called maintenance. Completely unapologetic. I met maintenance at room and she diagnosed it as a battery problem. I was late for work due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed in my stay here, cleanliness of the hotel, and the level of service.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The heat was on 76 degrees when we arrived in our room (very hot). The mattress was not good, at all and the bathroom was very dated/stained. One of the lamps on the room was inoperable and the tvs are very old.

Wish I would have taken pictures. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in when I booked a room month ahead. Didn’t have a room ready for me. Room was dirty. After playing poker I returned to my room at 3am and was locked out because card did not work. No one was working front desk. Had a note to find security if you need help. No help! I had to sleep in my truck last night in freezing sleet outside.

There was a thick layer of dust covering all the lamps and wall fixtures. The chairs were all coming apart.
