Quiet and relaxed
No typical South Beach ghetto nonsense here.
22 minute walk to the beach.

Not a luxury penthouse or stay more like a small studio
Bad hosts the negative reviews speak for its self
Expensive parking
Pool not maintained so small only usable for a child
Penthouse is not a penthouse bad view small balcony it’s the size of a studio apartment
Foul smell from the fridge images are great marketing but it’s not accurate
Stained hallway carpets the list goes one cigarette burned sheets
Lots to do around but a good walk from things
Lesson learned for the price to stay here you can stay at better places for 200 a night.
