Nice Older DW Hotel

Very nice hotel, nice room, great breakfast, but with 3 maintenance issues, one of them very concerning. Main concern was on check out day discovered door does not lock after closing, no access card needed. Other two issues, Thermostat not working in bedroom, and no hot water first night but worked next day. Note: Be nice to change 9:15pm shuttle back to hotel to 9:30pm, allowing time to watch fire works.

Do not stay here

This hotel is in major need of upkeep - check in was at 4 - no room until 6. Disorganized staff. 1st room smelled of mold and was dirty. Had a trash bag in the tub. they gave us a different room. We went to dinner and returned and our room smelled super strong like marijuana. Breakfast was all cold even though we were there at 7 when they opened. I do not recommend this hotel. Elevator broken. Too many things to mention. In a terrible area as well

the place was ok, front desk lady overaged me then tried to make it seem as if she didn't, I asked to speak to a manager he was a rude man when approached about the issue he gave attitude when asked I wanted a receipt that showed my money will be returned. the room was clean but the bathroom tub was stained the pool needs better maintaince . breakfast was not the best is like eating at a cheap ihop I wouldn recommened this place

Nice and dog friendly

The pool area is beautiful. The room was “clean enough” and it was a nice kitchen area for 2. It is a pet friendly place and saw other dogs but didn’t hear them. The room we had was over the check in door that had many very noisy air conditioners and such. Would stay again but would request our room not to be located in the area of this room. We did lose a “shopping”bag with a brand new Roku, blood pressure cuff and additional items including a personal pillow. Called several times left messages and no response from there. That was very disappointing

Enjoyable Experience.

Location was close to Disney, ESPN and Universal. Many food options nearby. Breakfast provided by hotel was good (although busy in the mornings). Rooms were clean and pool area was nice. Would stay again. Only negative was food options available to order from the bar. Only fast food style options and they ran out of most items. However, having so many options around the hotel made up for it.
