Beautiful Experience

Really comfortable bed and amazing view. The couch by the window was a big plus because we were able to sit at night and talk while looking at that amazing view. Loved everything about the room, the only thing I would add would be a microwave but everything else was perfect.

Worst Hyatt Experience

Firstly, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the front desk representative who answered my call. Not only did they pretend not to understand my concerns, but they also repeatedly asked the same question instead of offering assistance. Their sarcastic and dismissive attitude made it clear they were unwilling to help, which is unacceptable behavior in the hospitality industry.
Secondly, your hotel's website advertises a heated pool, yet I discovered that the pool was not heated at all. When I inquired, I was simply told it was "room temperature." Furthermore, the entrance to the pool had significant gaps at the bottom and between the doors, allowing cold air to flow in, making the experience uncomfortable. This misleading advertisement is highly disappointing and does not align with the expectations set by your website.
Additionally, due to ongoing renovations, the breakfast menu was extremely limited. While I understand that renovations may impact certain amenities, this was not communicated beforehand. Even more frustratingly, despite using a Guest of Honor coupon, I was still charged for breakfast. This resulted in me having to check out in person and waste my valuable time getting the bill adjusted.
Overall, the attitude displayed by your staff and the lack of care regarding guest satisfaction made my stay highly unpleasant. Instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, the responses I received suggested that these issues were simply "just the way it is" and that I was at fault for expecting better. This is not the level of service I anticipate from a reputable hotel, and I am extremely disappointed.

Stay was good room was nice with the exception that they were remodeling the hotel so there was a strong paint smell throughout the hotel even though we were on the 7th floor.

Bait and switch!!

Booked room 8 months prior to arrival, full payment no cancellations. A few days before arriving I called and confirmed everything. After checking in and walking into the room, I knew it was not the New York view I booked. They downgraded us to River view without telling me, not told mention I paid for the better room. I returned to the lobby and was told the room I booked 8 months prior was not available due to construction so they gave me a room that was available. WHAT? They should have let me know this prior to arrival and allowed me to cancel. They should have told me when I arrived. Nope.They bait and switched me!! They offered me 200 refund. Felt my hands were tied and accepted. However, they did not honor this and refunded only 100. Took a credit card dispute to get my money back. Such poor service. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

Building site at the moment

Building site. Didnt tell us that. your can here everything from room... Neighbor talking, *****, alarm clock....
