Hotel was disgusting, should have left after first room wasn’t cleaned. Did not have my Hotels.com reservation, no credit card machine, had to pay cash. own have to fight with Hotels.com for my refund. This is the 3rd time my reservation was not made properly. One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time .

Trashiest hotel in Jacksonville.

This place is trash. I asked for a quiet room for one night. I listened to people screaming, fighting, slamming doors, yelling profanities in the hallway for hours, dogs barking. I tried several times to call the front desk, but noone picked up. There was noone on duty to even switch a room. Never stay there. I would have had a better night's sleep in my car.

A hotel for the less fortunate or possibly homeless. Noisy throughout the night. Continuous smell of something cooking. Only a picnic table chair for seating in the room.

10/10 DO NOT Recommend! Pay extra and stay somewhere else!

Terrible. You get what you pay for. Was looking for a location close to my son while he is working in FL that allowed dogs. Do not fall for the pictures on the site! Location is not family friendly as there are a number of people that stay at this location that are openly doing drugs outside. While there is a no loitering sign at the front door, both nights we stayed, there were people sitting in a circle right in front of the entrance. While the employees were really nice some of them were not even dressed in work shirts! One woman was in pajamas! The room was a joke. Exposed wire hanging out of one of the light sockets and behind the dresser where an outlet used to be. Dead bugs and stains on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom, towels and wash cloths were stained. The shower head had crusted hard water stains and grime. I went to the store to get bedbug, flea and tick spray, as well as a set of towels and sheets. There was hair woven into the bedding, on the edges of the sink and tub, the mattress was lumpy as well as the pillows. The absolute worst was some pill that was in the bottom drawer of the dresser! When I say never again...I mean never again! Pix available!

The property smells like cigarettes. There are many dogs living in the rooms. The smell is unpleasant. There are never any towels.
