Solid hotel. Felt good for the price point. Clean and safe. Very friendly front-desk staff (Cam). Room is fairly small, but that was as expected. We liked the modern vibe of the room. A Rivian charger is right out front and an Electrify America is a short walk away.

Terrible, the fire alarm went off at 6 am. The door to the room was damaged, looked liked it was kicked in at some point. The bathroom floor tiles were all loose and the grout was disgusting. The air conditioner sounded like it was about to take off. No rest.

We checked in late and the night clerk was nice and very helpful. But the "modern" layout was annoying... the lights were all VERY bright and couldn't be dimmed and no softer lights available. The full length mirror was positioned in front of the bathroom door so if it were left open (which we did to try and mitigate the glaring lights of the bedroom), the glaring light from the bathroom looked right into the far bed (moving the mirror more towards the door would alleviate this). The bed itself was too soft for my husband's taste and he thought it was sunken and should be changed, but I like a soft bed, so it was OK for me.

Check in experience with employee was lovely. Really everything was lovely….but the bathroom floor and shower could use a cleaning (mold). Simple fix to make experience even better. Great coffee and offerings for breakfast. The breakfast attendant was amazing he kept everything spotless and stocked!!

Negatives: Our room was dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor, pink slimy mold in the shower, shower walls had boogers on them. My dog spilt some of his water on the floor so I grabbed a towel to wipe it up. The towel was black from how dirty the floor was…GROSS.
The air conditioner sounded like something was loose inside, clicking and rattling all night making it hard to sleep. House keeping knocking on our door at 9am to clean the room when our checkout wasn’t until 11am.
Positives: Bed was comfortable. Hotel is pet friendly.
Suggestions: CLEAN THE ROOMS!
