Very dirty and cockroaches in the beds and bathroom. Didn’t get my money back.

I called to make changes, and frint desk said to call expedia which i did. Then i called front desk to verify and she said shes got it. I made original reservations about 3 weeks priour. After 10hr. Drive, front desk said they see no reservations. After maybe 15 minutes i asked if i could just buy a new room. Duh! All is well. She sent me to a room where lock was broke. Finally got sent to a different room. The next evening, my room key didnt work. Tried a good 15 min. To loaded up my big dog into car drove down to office. They gave me new key. Drove back up and this key didnt work. Loaded my shepherd back into car and drove to office. Well girls were off helping another customer somewhere. I waited about 15 min. Here they come. Bladder full, dog hungery. This time they came to my room to help me. They did everything they could till finally maintenance man came. Maybe 3 hrs total waiting to get into my room. Owners didnt buy new batteries or door licks. They didnt seem to care about my situation. The office and maintenance man we remarkable and helpful. Thank goodness they were able to get me in because all my medications were in that room. This was the absolute worst experience ive ever had with a hotel. Oh by the way mr manager... you said i should of asked for my money back as i was checking out. I told you sure go ahead and give it to me and you changed the subject so quick i knew you were fibbing. Not a person of integrity. If you would let the women and ma

I really l9ved how the rooms were so clean and the bed was super comfortable. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay..that we stayed a extra night. Will look so forward to stay there again. The manager Manny checked me in and was very nice and professional
