We were visiting from FTW for the weekend and check in was good. Staff was very courteous and the room was very clean and quiet. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Property was ok. Sat in lounge till room was ready. No bedding for sofa bed. Had to call and go down twice.

Overall this is a great hotel, there are just a few things that bothered me. The walls seemed dirty or maybe just need a paint job but they had some type of residue on a couple of them. Overall the kitchen,bedroom,shower and bathroom seemed clean. It was also nice being so vlose to UTMB, i just wish they knew a little about how to get around to the hospital we needed. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was nice and clean, however, I was not told until check in that you have to pay an additional cost to park your car at the hotel overnight. Also, had to wait longer than 10mins to check in and check out the next day. Whoever was working up front was not available.

Nice

This place has a great sign right when you walk in presenting you with the opportunity to either post a review on trip advisor and show the guy at the desk or to pay FIFTEEN DOLLARS PER NIGHT TO PARK YOUR CAR. 10/10 outstanding and very ethical practices going on here.

Yeah, other placed would just charge you the 15$ without any way around it and we just ask for a review it can be as bad as 0/10 or as good 1 0/10, but we just ask to leave something so that we can see what we need to work on and the see the parts that are good it's just a way to get more feedback to help us grow!
