Clean quiet hotel decent breakfast

Place need an up date , everything is to old .
Room was not 100% clean , outside snow and ice was all over we had to walk very carefully on parking lot .
Not worth it for the money I paid

Police in the hallway at 3AM dealing with guests who stole someone's phone and wallet did not make for a good night's sleep at all

We went up to a room that was never cleaned from the previous guest. Then we were told the only other room was one with a king size bed. We had asked for two double beds. We were told if we did not like it we can go elsewhere. As we were standing there another guest canceled and gave us the room. We decided to stay only because all the hotels were booked for the College.

Ice machine not working. Back door to enter building not working. Had to walk around dark parking lot to front of building to get in at night. Outside of building very dirty. Lights broken, cobwebs very kept looking
