I believe our guest service persons name was Catalina. I’ve stayed here several times & did not realize I had a rewards number with BWP. She updated, gave me the information and was very friendly. Very kind cs. Best the hotel has had in awhile.

Jacuzzi suite not worth the money.

The hotel was easy access to freeway. The staff was nice enough. We paid for the jacuzzi suite. The carpet had wet spots near the table and the jacuzzi was gross. Full of dead skin (big pieces) and mold around the perimeter of the jacuzzi. I filled and flushed the jacuzzi 3 times and could not clear the dead skin out. Finally gave up around midnight. The staff only said “it’s not supposed to be like that”. Did not offer any compensation or a new room. Hotel was alright. Jacuzzi suite is a waste of money.

I chose this hotel for the hot tub,which wasnt working. It was barely luke warm,full of dirty looking foam.Pool was waRmer than tub!

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Easy parking. Dog friendly ($30 per pet is a bit much) yummy free breakfast. Nice pool.

It was quiet, comfortable bed, the not so good thing where not enough lights 2 of the lamps didn't work, the shower curtain was very stinky, last the couch was nasty lots of big stains we didn't even touch it. Breakfast I dont recommend the eggs didn't taste good or the apple juice.
