Beautiful place to stay, check in was quick and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Over all a great experience

The hotel is very nice with no smoke smell which was a concern of mine. This is a remote area with not a lot of food options so it was great to have a Starbucks on site with cafe items. The internet is poor and so is phone service. Working at the hotel was a challenge. The internet in the casino cafe was marginally better. My other issue was with the noise. I was on the bottom floor and could hear sound through every wall of the hotel. It was quiet at night for the most part. On the last night I asked the front desk for earplugs and they were happy to provide them. Overall a nice place to stay in a remote area.

I called the desk three times and nobody answered. I did not know if the water and snacks in the room were complementary so I walked to the front desk to ask. The curtains do not close completely so it was very light in my room all night long. The side doors are exit only but I had to figure that out myself. It would be best that they let you know at check-in.

The room and entire property felt and smelled so clean and homey. The bed was super comfortable. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed especially for the price!
Only complaints - tv didn’t have a sleep timer, blankets on bed could have been heavier.

Traveling through and made the decision to stop for the night. The casino is Smokey which was inconvenient otherwise the hotel/casino was very nice!
