I am a repeat customer here. It's always a great stay with friendly staff. The only complaint is that during our 3-night stay, we didn't have housekeeping come by the room.

Beat up rooms could use some love.

Service was good, friendly staff. Reasonably clean. Fenced parking area (self park-$14/ day). Denver local restaurants near by, but would not recommend walking. My primary issue with the property was the condition of the room and furnishing. Some items needed repair, while others needed replacement. Specifically, the charge part in the “foyer” area of the room was hanging off. The wall and very dirty. The desk chair looked like it was pulled from the dump. Walls showing wear. There is noise from air traffic, but in the room with the AC fan running it was not noticeable.

Disappointing Experience with Deposit Refund

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport College Park in mid-January, and while my overall stay was fine, I had a frustrating experience with the deposit refund process. Upon check-in, I was required to pay a deposit, which I was assured would be refunded within a few days after check-out. However, as of today, I have yet to receive my money back.
I contacted the hotel via email on June 3, 2025, to follow up on the issue, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is highly disappointing, especially considering the initial assurance from the reception staff.

Everything was pretty good except it states laundry on the website but it is send out only. I thought they had a self laundry facility. Also, the shower wasn’t very clean it had hair and other materials left from the previous person who stayed in my room.

No sheets on the bed. Asked front desk for a set and he said they didn’t have any housekeeping onsite and he would call when he had time to get some. Problem with that is the phone in our room was broken and we had to walk down to ask for help. Later in the night - a security guard showed up with 2 bed pads and no sheets. It was after midnight, so we just slept on top the comforter because we had an early flight.
Also, the flooring was peeling up in the room.
Have stayed at other Hotel Indig’s and this one is not up to the standards.
