Our new hotel when we travel to Cincinnati

My husband stayed in this hotel in August 2024 when he traveled to our hometown for a funeral. He found the hotel through the VA Web site and got an excellent price for the three nights. He said the rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, free breakfast was included and it located everything he needed. I had never heard of this facility, but we will use it every time we travel to Cincinnati from now one.

The suites are very spacious & the fact that each has it's own en suite bathroom is a game changer.

Very friendly staff, easy to get to, right off the highway, and pretty clean. Only issue is the bed, in my opinion, wasnt very comfortable. It wasn't unbearable but just uncomfortable.

Nice place with comfy beds and a small kitchenette. Great place to stay for an extended stay. Close to good food and the interstate.

I personally had a horrible stay at this hotel. The most upsetting part was I did hours of research before booking this, went off of the reviews as well and have no idea how this went so wrong. The room was absolutely disgusting, it smelled like dirty feet and wasn’t clean, there were stains all over, a shoe print on the bed sheet and hair inside the bed that was not ours, on top of that bugs, for the amount of money I spent a night I was highly disappointed and have nothing good to say. The front desk was no help, she said she contacted the general manager and left her a voicemail waiting for her to respond back, well guess what she never did, no one ever reached out to me for the inconvenience they caused me. There is more to the story but this sums it up. I would not recommend this hotel. Dirty!
