The service was great, and the breakfast food was absolutely delicious. The room was also pretty good and the location was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.

Over night
Everyone was awesome, from the time we got out the car on Saturday until we left on Monday. Great service, bar was also great. Only thing I could have wished for is a little more water pressure in the shower. But that’s to be expected.

A Nice Baltimore Visit
My family, my friend’s family, and I stayed two nights for our college’s homecoming weekend, and we really appreciated the staff’s friendliness and hospitality. My wife particularly appreciated Carlton’s service for being extra kind to our son.
While my family didn’t have the time to eat there, my friend’s family had dinner the first night and were admittedly disappointed by the “glacial” pace of service and quality of the steak one of them had ordered.
My only constructive criticism would be that the facility could have had onsite recycling, since other places in the city have it, but that’s more a corporate level complaint to IHG for all their locations.

Beautiful historic property with great location and staff
Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant in the lobby. The staff was great and very helpful. There is a garage across the street convenient and very inexpensive on the weekend, less than the hotel self park rate.

I love the hotel and the location, but the housekeeping caused me a headache. I appreciate the move from individual shampoo etc to larger refillable bottles--but you have to actually REFILL them (and keep them in working order). I asked for my conditioner to be refilled, leaving a nice note, and I think the bottle was just turned around a bit to try to prime the pump. I shouldn't have to carry my own toiletries and my long hair really needs conditioner. If you want to use the larger bottles, you have to be on top of this or you put your guests in a difficult spot...
