Dissapointing 3* Hotel at best

Just back from a Saturday night here. How is it called 5 Star premium accommodation?! It's 3 star at best. Our room was £293 no breakfast as the hotel has zero facilities no bar either. The Hotel on the outside looks horrendous it's just a door then you get in a tiny lift to reception. The staff were friendly. However the noise on the street was so loud until about 3am. We had a room with a terrace with a terrible view they would be better changing the doors for triple glazed windows. The room was clean the shower was nice but good value it was not. Location is central but take my advice stay somewhere else if your partial to sleep!!! I felt robbed literally I've uploaded some pictures. Can't advise on parking don't think there is any the park and ride was really easy.

Although central location and quiet. Certainly not 5*, no coffee maker, tiny room and bathroom, one bedside light not working. Far too expensive for what provided.

Overpriced and NOT 5 star!

Stated as a 5 star, reality is it’s not even a decent 3 star. The only positive here is the location. No tea or milk, furniture needs an overhaul and the TV is tiny! Otherwise, it’s very tired, dated and seriously over priced. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay again.
