Beautiful apartment really clean and modern. Perfect for our stay with our dogs. Excellent communication from owner. Will be back.

Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience

Apartment was spotless and lots of thoughtful touches including treats for our dog. We stayed during warm weather and a fan in the apartment would have been greatly appreciated.
Shame about the noisy neighbours on the first night and during the second night we could hear a bird or something moving around in the loft area, however we would definitely recommend and return here as its an ideal base for Rutland Water and very dog friendly!
