Great location, went to bed around 10.30 and hardly any outside noise ( and I was on 1st floor). Didn't affect me at all.

We had a free upgrade on arrival but room smelt strongly of sewage but they changed our room and was a perfect stay,in a perfect location at a great price ! Will be booking again.

Overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue during my shower when the water refused to drain. The drain became severely clogged, causing the water to accumulate rapidly.
To address this problem, I had to contact the reception desk, who dispatched a maintenance representative to unblock the drain. This could have been rectified during the housekeeping service, as maintenance should have been notified to perform the necessary task.

Very well located but dwarf rooms, claustrophobic, without wardrobe or intimacy in the bathroom.
A great location in central London but a meaningless microroom. And so are all. It is a shame that the rooms do not correspond with a nice space, with a magical inner courtyard and good attention by the staff. Cleaning every 2 days and room without wardrobe and no privacy in the bathroom. Minimum desired. In my case the room did not even allow to open the window for ventilation. Space in steak mode at sirloin price.
