An awesome hotel experience

The experience was nice. Good bed and all facilities worked fine and room was always very clean. The receptions are very welcoming and friendly and helpful especially Chathuni Navodya. Ebenezer at the Bar was also awesome. Breakfast good.

Don’t be fool by the name the hotel is actually quite far from the Dubai airport the hotel shuttle to the airport runs at limited service, the rooms are on the small side and the facilities are limited. It’s okay to stay one night but I wouldn’t recommend to stay more than that.

The room is nicely designed, having all the important requirements covered.

My stay in Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport

Terrible experience and extremely poor service. Misleading information on their website. The website says there is a free shuttle service from hotel to airport but that is not true. When I arrived at the airport at 3pm I was told that no free shuttles were available until 9pm which is totally unacceptable and not what they have advertised on their website. The management and staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The reception area smelled off so much that I couldn't even use the reception area to relax. The Guest Service Supervisor, Assumptah Nassuna, called me so much, almost every 5 minutes to ask for my taxi receipt. I went downstairs to reception area to talk to them directly but she was not there. She started calling my room again and it was borderline harassment when I was only staying there overnight after a tiring journey trying to rest. I do not recommend this Hilton branch to anyone. This was my worst stay at a hotel.
