Fabulous stay at Skanes Serail Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay, was made to feel right at home from arrival! Rooms were lovely and clean. Big shout out to the animation team who made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, also had us in stitches at the nightly entertainment! We booked quad biking through the excursion team twice and had the best time, would 100% recommend it! Also used the hotel photographer for some professional snaps which turned out gorgeous and ended up buying so many as couldn’t chose just a few! Would come back tomorrow if we could! Holiday blues have set right in now we’re back home.

A good holiday, a little too short at this hotel, we will come back with pleasure

As a couple at this hotel from reception to the entertainment team they are very welcoming and always attentive, the cleanliness of the rooms is there, thank you also to the bartenders for their sympathy close to the city of Monastir where we can go. Easily by bus or taxi to redo as soon as possible

GREAT hotel, cleanliness, food, entertainment, bar, room, swimming pool, beach, nothing but happiness, very welcoming staff and close to the customers, if you want to have an excellent stay you can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed, well done to all the staff and the manager of this Hotel who does everything possible to ensure that these customers have a very good stay, if I had a rating to give it would be 12 out of 10

Manejable pero no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Este hotel está bien, la oferta de comida no es muy buena. La mayor parte parece vieja, fría y sin sabor. Si eres quisquilloso con la comida, evítalo a toda costa, ya que no hay opción, solo pan. Los pasillos entre las habitaciones están oscuros y las luces de movimiento no se activan con frecuencia. El hotel está muy cansado y desgastado y necesita una reparación y revisión importante. Muchas cosas están rotas o dañadas, en 1 de nuestras habitaciones la puerta del patio no cierra, el aire acondicionado está roto, la luz del área principal no funciona. El baño está sucio y había pelos oscuros en la almohada y en la cama. En la otra habitación, la luz del balcón no funciona, la sábana alrededor de la cama está visiblemente sucia y, en general, parece desgastada. Al registrarnos no se proporcionó información y tuvimos que preguntar por los horarios del restaurante. No hay nada alrededor a menos que tomes un taxi, por lo que estás limitado al hotel. Los toboganes de la piscina y la playa están bien. Las áreas se ven limpias y ordenadas, sin embargo, se ven desgastadas y descoloridas, incluso las áreas de la piscina parecen tener un tinte verde. El mar es encantador y bastante cálido y una muy buena ubicación para el hotel. Los vasos que se sirven en los alrededores del hotel parecen bastante gastados y sucios. No soy una persona exigente, pero no volvería aquí y tampoco lo recomendaría.
