I spent over a 1000 pound and you trying to refund me.£ 24 pounds, are you normal? You can see there is a mistake Can you see this? You charge me for cancellation? How much can you trying to refund 24 pounds? Plus 680 something. And how can you see 300? Something is oven thousand pound so

The hotel is in a good place. Quiet area. Front desk kind and helpful. Nice place to lay your bags and travel to other areas. Wifi connection was great. Often a problem in bkk.

5 minutes walk from E8 BTS station. Many cafes and street food nearby the hotel.
Value for money. Meet my expectations and the room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend for traveller's on a budget.

A MASTERCLASS IN HOW *NOT* TO RUN A HOTEL - 0/5 STARS
My recent stay at Thaisun Hotel was an exercise in frustration from start to finish. This establishment should be studied as a cautionary tale of hospitality failures.
1️⃣ **AIR CONDITIONER NIGHTMARE**
The ancient AC unit sounded like a chainsaw trapped in a washing machine. Its incessant mechanical roar made sleep impossible, yet turning it off turned the room into a sauna. To add insult to injury, the vents BLASTED AIR DIRECTLY AT THE BED - I either got a frozen face or suffocated.
2️⃣ **PRISON-CELL DESIGN FLAWS**
Who approved the "see-through bathroom wall" concept? The translucent glass offered zero privacy - I could make eye contact with my travel companion while using the toilet. Romantic? More like mortifying.
3️⃣ **SLEEP TORTURE CHAMBER**
The concrete slab disguised as a pillow gave me permanent neck damage. Meanwhile, light bled around the door frame like a faulty spaceship airlock, casting eerie glows all night.
