We booked this hotel because it offered a baby crib free of charge. After booking we were informed they would not provide the crib. We had to book another hotel, but this hotel refused to reimburse us. We could not get a hold of them by message or phone. Fortunately Trip.com reimbursed us after much effort, but I wouldn’t trust this hotel, given their lack of communication and false advertising.

I checked inti this hotel very late at night due to a late flight arrival. I appreciate them letting me check in so late and also offering a late checkout. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the hotel and room was clean. My only complaint is after about being in the room for 15min, i did encounter a roach on the sink. I know roaches ate common in Bangkok but was still disappointed.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. You have to drive about 15 - 20 minutes if there is no traffic. But in a good location There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby at night.

The staff were wonderful and it not inner city, local area has a lot to offer. As well the bus is out front or taxis. Can easily access anything from this location
