Family holiday

Food for two in the family, very nice rooms, incredibly nice breakfast, nice hiking trails, minus to the space which was very strange and did not really work, only negative was our second dinner where the food as usual was fantastic.... However, the male waiter was quite unpleasant (probably due to uncertainty) unfortunately pulled down his temper after an otherwise lovely day and good food.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, located beautifully in the countryside. Very freindly staff. Good restaurant and bar with normal prices for a hotel nowadays. Can highly recommend it!

View of grazing cows - nice place in the Swedish countryside

We spent two days at this idyllic place in the Swedish countryside. We had a superior room with a view of grazing cows, parking space and entrance hall, perfectly OK. The cleaning of the room was not good, some dust on the desk and bathroom. Beyond this, the room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds, nice decor. The food is absolutely amazing at this place; we had dinner two evenings and lunch one afternoon. Everything tasted delicious, the kitchen deserves credit! A bit chaotic at the breakfast buffet, small space and many people who also share space with people who check out at the reception, here the organization could have been a little better. Take the opportunity to take in the beautiful nature in the area. We rented canoes and had a great time on Lake Bunn. All in all, a great place we definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the BauerGarden. The cabin we had was very nice, with two rooms for for of us. Everything worked well in the unit.
We made a nice dinner in the little kitchen with our unit. There is a small grocery store about 5km away with a nice selection of things to cook. Eating on our porch was very nice.
Two of the beds were very comfortable, but others had a very thin mattress and were a bit hard. These were not as nice to sleep on. The rest of the bedding was great, and one adult and one child loved the beds.
There was also a nice sauna which we got to use with a quick dip in the lake. It was very clean and nice.
The breakfast was fantastic.
When leaving, we wished we had time to stay another day.
