Phenomenal

The Hotel is the best I saw on the internet and the best after passing through there.
Extraordinary location, near the old town and the food market.
Fully equipped and renovated rooms.
Staff in general very friendly and
Pay attention to anything you may need.
Perfect hotel to rest and visit Santiago.

Best without breakfast

The hotel is very well located, opposite Abastos Square and close to the cathedral. The staff that works there very helpful. The rooms simple but compliant to spend a few days. Lack of maintenance in the bathrooms. And breakfasts leave a lot to be desired: in cold meat there is only ham and sliced cheese, the juice is not natural, there are no yogurts, there is also no variety of breads or fruits, that is, a fairly poor breakfast and nothing varied. It was the only accommodation on the road to Santiago where we were not left bottled water in the room upon arrival. I would stay again by location, but without breakfast. There are a variety of places nearby for breakfast.

A cold night

Unfortunately the experience of one night at this hotel was not the best. There is no heating and the heat pump did not heat the room at all, so we went cold.
Very small television and put in a bad place. I don't think I'll repeat.

Good location and price

It is a quiet hotel and very close to the historic center of Santiago and the market. A moderate price for such a tourist town. The staff is friendly. There is nowhere to park the car, only in the parking La Salle you can park, but it is not cheap

One of the worst hotels we have ever been in!

If we could give a zero star to this place, we would. This is one of the worst hotels er have ever been. We were in a room with nearly no light, in a corner with 2 streets, and with a horrible smell of moist and mould. The room was so outdated and there was no place to hang towels. I was drawn by the rustic flare of the hotel, but there was nothing «rustic» about it, but poorly maintained. A fire hazard with electrical outlets loose on the walls, a dangerous shower poorly atatched and paint falling out from the tiles. I can’t believe thay with good conscience date to charge the fares they do. Avoid this place!
