Very good hotel
Food very good. My only complaint was that there could have been more variation in fruit and the food was not hot! When I
discovered the microwave I was happy though ! Also beer, water and soft drinks were available free with the evening meal for the half board option which I was pretty impressed with.
Staff were also very friendly and it's a nice clean hotel.

Very negative. I'm not coming back.
They charge you for a few tickets so they can drink, saying they're going to return it to you on the way out and then they won't return it.
It was supposed to be sea views and it wasn't true.
We were with 2 rooms for 4 adults and still hired everything together put us with a distance of 7 rooms.
The experience was painful.

TUI Flight delayed from Almeria airport on 10 October
The hotel does provide shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. The aircon and fridge are free but the safe costs 4 euros per day. Towels for the pool are provided free but a deposit of 20 euros is required. The food was fine with plenty of choice unless you tried to eat everything on offer each day. If you are a weak swimmer you will probably find it off-putting because of the depth. The depth of the adult pool is 1.8m apart from a very short entrance. The main pool has a small area up to 1.4m the slopes quickly to 1.8m.
The end of the holiday was marred by a 26 hour delay to the TUI return flight. We were boarding the plane when we were all told to go back to the airport because of a problem with the plane's engine. We were all taken to another hotel and later told we would be flying home the following day at 1pm. There was a lot of talk about flight delay compensation of up to £350. However, unsurprisingly TUI have found a guideline which means they don't have to pay any compensation!!
Wondering if anyone else on the flight had the same response from TUI?

Everything's old. Dining room/anti-hygienic irons and staff don't care they're used to ran.
