We had a great stay here especially for the price you can’t fault it. Rooms are big and kitchen is well equipped. Balcony is also nice and big and so is the pool. Room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels etc. location is also perfect so close to yumbo and the beach

We had a lovely stay. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The complex, pool and gardens are well maintained and very clean.
Our apartment, though not plush, was clean and spacious with a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Towels, shower soap and washing up liquid were supplied.
There is no aircon, which is a real pity, but there is a portable fan.
Bars, food places, the lift to the beach, supermarkets and the upper oceanside walkway are all very accessable.
The shopping centre complex across from the flats has seen better days, but there are a few lovely wee bars and some outdoor dancing that's worth exploring in there.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean with a decent kitchenette, bathroom, main room & a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles, but apart from that we were very happy with our stay. We liked the location as it was only a short level walk to the lift down to the beach. Great long sandy beach & good for swimming, sunbathing. Plenty of decent restaurants close & a grocery shop 50m away supplying everything we needed. Close to a main bus stop with regular buses to Puerto Rico, Playa de Mogan the airport and Las Palmas. We would definitely go back.

Great budget stay

Had a good week long stay (16 - 24 September 24. Basic hotel but good value for money. Asked for a high floor and got what I wanted. Reception closes at 10 or 11pm depending on time of year. We had a late flight and our key was put in a locked box at entrance gate with clear instructions. Staff were friendly and very helpful. If I needed something, it got sorted. I'd stay here again.

OK for a 2 star hotel

2 star hotel and was at first positively surprised, nice spring mattresses and ok kitchen. However, after 2 days, underpants were found behind the sofa bed from the previous tenant?. After 9 days we discovered that the outside of the WC had not been cleaned as there was something indefinable on it. We then looked under the beds and there was some plastic and glass. zero men who were not from us and showed that it was rarely cleaned underneath. The worst part was cleaning the floor; no sweeping, just splashing water on without drying, so all the dirt was still there afterwards, so when we walked with bare feet or slippers they quickly turned black.
PS there was most of the time shade in the pool area due to neighboring buildings.
