Beautiful hotel
Ideally located, close to Palma and the Port of Andrax but also Valldemossa everything is 29/30 min which suited us perfectly.
The arrival at the castle is very beautiful, and the welcome very warm. A valet is waiting for you on site to pick up or pick up your vehicle when you go for a walk which is very appreciable.
We stayed in a classic room but I recommend opting for a room overlooking the park because we regretted our choice overlooking the small inner courtyard so beautiful the park
The rooms are rather large, clean, very well thought out with a large bathroom.
The breakfast restaurant offers a view of the pool, the setting is really nice.
The breakfast buffet is a bit limited considering the place and what you can have in this type of establishment in Mallorca which is a bit of a shame.
The products are of high quality but few choices.
However, the service is great
Pension offers swimming pool, spa, tennis difficult to get out because it feels good
The pool is very beautiful, enough high quality deckchairs around the pool for all guests and there is a nice wicker cart and hats in his room to get there.
The pool bar / restaurant offers a short menu we tested it both days and everything was really delicious (Award may be a little excessive vs. quantity)
Nevertheless we regretted the quality of the service pool bar, very long wait for a drink, dish served without cutlery, deserted tables are not served in the aftermath and the waiter clears instead of making your coffee
In short only black spot of the stay but it is true that it is quite amazing in this type of establishment.
Note on the 2 nights: No overnight service to redo the room to close the curtains etc I did not think to ask but I was very surprised.
Do not hesitate to call on the concierge +++ of the place who guided us in our reservations of Places and Things to do by finding us tjs from the place at the last minute
We will go back!!
