This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a DNI or Passport and credit card upon check-in, without these documents access will be denied. ONE general cleaning of the apartment is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of €45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. An additional €25 will be charged in the event that this is not done. Baby cots and high chairs are on request and have an additional cost of €5.50 per day. When booking more than 2 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. · Key collection can be done on site, 10:00-18:00h. · Alternative Key collection point at Muntaner, 60 - 08011 Barcelona, 18:00-23:00h. · Alternative Key collection point at Pujades, 120 - 08005 Barcelona, 23:00-07:00h. Accepted credit cards: American Express, VISA, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club. The hotel reserves the right check the validity of the credit cards before the arrival date by making a charge, or pre-authorization for the total amount of your reservation.
