Very good food and spacious room

My mother and I stayed at this hotel during the tour of Extremadura with the CM trips and it was really good.
Simple hotel but well located on the other side of the Guadiana River and just 10 minutes walk from the Palma Bridge that takes you directly to the historic center of the city.
The food served at dinner and the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was very friendly.

Loud and lousy restaurant

Rooms with zero soundproofing, you hear a lot of noise. We complained to reception because after 00.00 we were still unable to rest but ignored. Access to the parking open to anyone, whether guest or not, at any time as the barrier is always up, clean well, breakfast less than regular, bottle juice, warm milk instead of hot, a 1.5 lt bottle of water put on the buffet table so that each one has a glass if left....but the worst by far the restaurant. Goat curler and red fruit salad wicked, inedible, neither looked like goat curler nor knew what it was supposed to be. I couldn't eat it, impossible. The hard, tiny pieces of bread and the tasteless sirloin. Horrifying. A packaged salad from the super spins the one they serve there.

TERRIBLE ATTENTION AT THE CAFETERIA

Today I went to the cafeteria with a friend to have a drink, after 30 minutes of waiting without anyone serving us, I asked the attention of the three waitresses there, very busy with their mobile phones, they looked at me as if I were a flea-ridden dog. They take note of my order and after another 20 minutes of waiting they still do not serve me, even though in that period of time they served other customers who are regular customers due to their trust, so I decided to leave, the truth is that they had never served me so bad

Friendly staff

Very good location on the right bank of thr river. Far from the city centre but very well connected of all the entrances and wayout of the city. A nice pool. A very friendly and helpful staff. Nice cafetaria for breakfast and snacks and drinks all day.
