Nice hotel however the location area does not have much stuffs so you need to travel out. Bus stops n train station are nearby so it is accessible. The hotel room is nice and toilet is very huge with all the necessary facilities.

The perfect location, accessibility, rooms, facilities, views, and the surroundings of Busan Hawkins!

I stayed with my boyfriend and I highly recommend Hokkaido!
Among Busan hotels, the luxury and various facilities made it so comfortable to rest.
The room condition was good and pleasant, and the beds were perfect - and it was perfect for fitness, dark breakfast, and desky skywalk!
Next time you visit the Busan Hotel, I'll go to Avani Central Busan. ~
I recommend it a lot to my friends around!
The location is so good that it was just nice to move from Busan station & write to visit~

Big and clean room, good city view. Breakfast is good and have many options but every morning is same. Metro station is on 2-3 minutes walk, green line.

A very nice hotel, but in a pretty nondescript area. For tourists to Busan, you might want to look at staying in a more vibrant location. One big annoyance is the lifts. This is a 36- floor hotel with only 3 lifts, one of which is senselessly marked as "disabled only", meaning long waits.
