A special mention goes to the gentleman with dreadlocks at breakfast. His warm and professional demeanor made every morning a pleasure. He is a true credit to the hotel and embodies the high standards of hospitality that make this place stand out.

Everyone was super professional & friendly too!
We extended our check out till 2pm & that was easy to do.
Transfers were good but disappointed they’d been changed to hourly but we had docs/info saying it was half hourly, so that was confusing as we didn’t have a way to contact the hotel to confirm.
Had a great comfortable stay.
Breakfast was amaaaaaaazing!

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes during peak hours from 06:00 until 10:00 and 17:00 until 20:00 the shuttle runs every hour during off peak hours from 10:00 until 17:00 and 21:00 until 23:00 Guests will find the shuttle at the "Shuttle pick-up Point" behind the Intercontinental hotel.
