Very good restaurant

The hotel is located next to outdoor pools in Kaluza. The restaurant was very good! The staff was very friendly. There is a great view from the terrace :-) The best stay is in the summer. But you can visit ThermalPark pools, which is just 200m next to the hotel.

Good value, good restaurant, decent hotel, no phone in room

It's a great hotel for a family vacation. Near Termalpark Sirava aquapark, Kamenec night lift, and the Kaluza pools. It's being renovated which helps things a lot. Tennis courts are on the grounds. Nice views of the surroundings. Strangely, you can't use your credit card to pay for the hotel, but you can in the restaurant (why can't they do cash back????). Service was good and friendly. Internet worked great. It was fairly quiet except we could hear some music spreading from a disco party at Kamenec.

Bardzo mila obsluga. Wspanialy taras z ktorego jest piękny widok na jezioro. Dobre jedzenie. Golonka z chrupiącą skórką. Biale wino wspaniale schlodzone. Przychodziliśmy co wieczór i milo spędzaliśmy czas.

Šírava 2020

Príjemný personál, ochota aj pri objednávkach ktoré normálne neponúkajú,vo viacerých zariadeniach na Šírave ostali zaskočení pri objednávke ľadovej kávy,no východniari nezaprú svoju kreativitu a poradili si.Dobrý výber jedál,chutne pripravených a za prijateľné ceny. Čisté a pekné ubytovanie.Pekný výhľad na Zemplínsku Širavu.

Nekonečné čakanie a personál neochotný a bez záujmu!!!

Prišli sme na neskorý obed. Privítala nás unavená čašníčka. Pri objednávaní jedla nás upozornila, že doba prípravy kolena bude trvať cca 30 minút. Preto sme objednávku zmenili na kuraciu kapsu 4x. Na objednávku sme čakali 50 minút. Všetci čo prišli po nás už jedli. Keď sme sa čašníčky spýtali, či na nás nezabudli podotkla, že príprava kapsy trvá trošku dlhšie - akože naozaj 50 minút??? Navyše zemiaky už boli studené a tak nám ich aspoň zohriali v mikrovlne.
Mimochodom ak si v tomto podniku objednáte kofolu, nedostanete ju. Bez upozornenia vám prinesú nejakú napodobeninu.
Pri toľkých prešľapoch by človek očakával aspoň ospravedlnenie, no ani čašníčka ani pani, ktorá jej občas s niečím pomohla (možno pani majiteľka) tú slušnosť nemala.
