Séjour agréable

La pension est très bien situé. Il y a beaucoup de verdure et c'est calme, malgré la situation proche du centre de la grande ville. La chambre était fonctionnel et correctement équipée, avec une salle de bain un peu petite. Petit-déjeuner correct. Mais le personnel est débordé pour le service dès qu'il doit servir plusieurs personnes.

Dirty room, poor breakfast

It was horrible. We received a very poor room, comparing with the one that we booked. The towels were very used, small bathroom, old bad sheets and because of that we had bugs in the bad.
Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Not very good food and not very professional staff

The position of the guests house was far from the city center and the tramway was not working so you had to walk a lot to cross the Bega river to the center. The positive side was that the place was signaled. The staff were not professionals, not very helpful and they always seemed to do you a favor to let you stay there at your own expense, not vice versa. The food was bad. The breakfast was the same everyday, lacking fruits, vegetables - 2 pieces of decor made out of tomatoes are not vegetables, cereals and the dinner was awful: fatty foods, with a lot of thick sauce made ​​with flour. A few of the dishes were adequate for dinner. And you could not buy a beer or a bottle of wine. They did not have any! The towels were worn-out and looked dirty, but the room was clean.

bad staff

I can not reccomend you this place, maybe only if you have to stay for few days. Staff is the great weak point:
+ not bad structure
- staff whats to cheat you especially if you are foreigner
- staff very available only when you have to pay
- very bad internet wifi
- very expensive
