Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina dos Contentores is closed from Tue 04 Nov 2025 until Sun 05 Apr 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Extra Bed policies do not apply to the Chalets. Please note that the swimming pool is only available between 28 April and 6 October. The unit does not accept debit cards as a reservation guarantee. To secure a reservation it is mandatory to use a valid credit card. For Non-Refundable rates the unit will charge the total amount of the reservation via credit card details.
