A weekend of relaxation in the mountains

Surprised, I visited for a romantic getaway along with the celebration of my birthday. Everything was amazing, from the late arrival to the place where we were super well received, after a tiring day of work, the escort to the room with suitcase assistance and brief explanation of the hotel (which honestly needed 1 week there to decorate all the corridors, because my sense of guidance is terrible), to the general staff that is all super friendly and very helpful. To highlight in the spa the source of life and the source of ice, the wonderful Turkish with selection of aromas and still the space itself with the view to the waterfall from the interior of the spa. Highlighting also the sympathy of Paula and Luis in the spa. The super complete and varied breakfast. The baby on my birthday that surprised me. I work in hospitality, also in a 5* resort and for that reason I am very observative at the level of service because there are standards to keep and you have met!
I only share that on Sunday, maybe because it was a later time the spa was too overcrowded, several groups of the same family and the goal of relaxation escaped a bit due to the noise that was made heard during the 1st hour of use of the same (2 hours of use per marking). Taking this little moment away, everything was perfect!

Spa and lunch

I had a voucher for 2 using the spa and lunch . I went today with my friend a really lovely experience I highly recommend this. Spa was a relaxing morning then a wonderful lunch on the terrace with glorious views, served by a lovely waiter the food was delicious lovely presentation all in all a great trip.

I repeat!!!!

Excellent facilities. The room was an authentic apartment with 2 WC with a beautiful view.
The hotel has group, abdominal classes. BootCamp, Hit among others, the gym is open 24h.
We can leave the kids in the Kids Space where we find two fantastic collaborators full of life and lots of activities for the kids, in a reserved space, while relaxing in the SPA.
In addition to the spa you can go to the outdoor pool, covered and heated of good dimensions.

Lovely experience

Lovely experience with the family, the nature surrounding the hotel and the very helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a well spent weekend. My kids loved the pool and the activities available as well as adult classes.

good for family with kids

Over the last week in 2024, my family stayed there. like other reviewers mentioned already there were so many good things in the hotel. But, especially, I wish to mention the nice kids club. Nina and Isa made lots of fun activities, and they were so kind. my son visited there always every day.
