Very good.

Modern residence with great facilities, room equipped with air conditioning and TV, pretty comfortable beds.
At Reservation we ordered double bed, but they gave us two separate beds.
Room with poor cleaning, highlighting the fact that the staff had entered the room when we left to go to the beach. We are obliged to leave the key to the room at the reception whenever we leave.
Very good and varied breakfast!
Enjoy the 15% discount at the restaurant Napoli next to the Residence, it is well worth it!
No parking available near the Guest house.

Central location, good value for money

Overall this was value for money. Beds comfortable, great central location good breakfast. They offered gluten free bread which is rare. Reason for 3 stars is the bathroom was very small and shower was small so if you are of a larger build you will not fit in shower and had an awful smell. Good pressure in shower. I stopped here with my brother and on our last night he took the towel out of the hotel and when we got back she spoke to us like naughty school kids we held our hands up and apologised but she continued to have an issue with us and we felt uncomfortable so we were rather pleased we were checking out next day. We were grateful not to see her the next day at reception. The other staff were lovely,

You’ve been warned!!!

Dirty room with drips on the walls and filthy skirting boards. Also smelled like sewage. The toilet was taped up which didn't fill me with any confidence..
Room did not look like the pictures. Had old peeling furniture that should be in a skip!
Asked to be moved and was told that they were fully booked. So I had no choice but to find another hotel. The smell alone was so overwhelming and I didn’t want to ruin my holiday.
Do yourself a favour and check the lowest reviews first (on booking.com). There are several reviews similar to mine, going back as far as 2021 (I gave up looking further back)! When I checked again, there have been more low reviews exactly like mine since I left.
Made this reservation through Booking.com and they chose to believe what the management told them, that the room was perfectly clean on inspection with the hotel recently renovated.
Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures - just wanted to get out and unless someone knows something that I don’t - you can’t record a smell!
I know that this is long winded but I want to prevent others from being conned in this way!

Stay away from this establishment

A nightmare. I was forced by my company to stay in this facility for fifteen days. Apparently everything was fine, but then as the days went by the flaws came to light. The cleanliness is unknown, the staff never vacuumed, with the mop and half a bucket of water they cleaned more than 20 rooms, the sheets were changed only once and the towels were often the same for days. The staff responded to my complaints in a surly and annoyed manner. But the highlight of this nightmare was when I was literally attacked by dust mites which filled me with blisters and I had to seek treatment from a dermatologist. Broken windows, nauseating smell from the bathroom and mold complete the profile. And don't try to eat in their restaurant. Gastrointeritis guaranteed.
Advice: look for something else.

Assessable residential

Very affordable price. 1 double room and a triple room for €112 with breakfast included. Modest Residential. The rooms very clean. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good for spending a night at a good price. The only thing to point out is that we had to hand over the room keys every time we left the residence. As for the location, it is quite central. There are no parking lots. Finally we were given a carnation.
