Weekend to two!
I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire staff at Your Hotel and Spa for the dedication and attention they gave us during our stay last weekend. From the warm welcome, to the care in every detail, we feel truly welcome.
The quality of the services, the sympathy of all employees and the relaxing environment, made our experience unforgettable!
We will definitely return in the near future and recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Disappointment
Disappointment, I can't find another word to describe.
A few years ago I went to do a massage and it was wonderful was one of the best massages I received and wanted to repeat the experience again.
But I came to the conclusion that Rui Veloso is right in the lyrics of his song.
Don't go back where you've been happy.
Starting with the therapist's sympathy, besides being arrogant, I had the feeling that I was shipping. The constant breathing and lack of knowledge of the protocol of massages.
The massages were reduced to oil runs and slides without any technique.
Even my husband does better, much better massages.
I went out more stressed than I went in. It was deserted for her to end.
I just didn't do it out of respect and education.
I thought lunch was gonna save so much disappointment. But the disappointment continued.
Besides having lunch in front of the therapist who gave me the massage, I did not feel comfortable having lunch in front of a person who saw me naked.
The meal was much to be desired.
A shame a beautiful place but very poorly managed.

Good surprise!
Excellent hotel price/quality.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant with good quality and breakfast with many options and quality!
The spa and hydrotherapy circuit are well worth it!
It was a good surprise and advice as a stay in the autumn/winter season.

All right.
The size of the standard room is very small, but on the web they put your measurements. They don't fool anyone.
Very good service. They are careful and pleasant.
Good breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant.
Very good outdoor pool.
The spa, without being exceptional, is quite good (15€/day admission).
Spacious gym but most of lad broken down and old machines (was the worst)
Tennis court and football-room.
Some walking route in the surroundings.
Alcobaça and Nazaré very close.
Overall, very good.

There are points to improve
Positive points: location, cleanliness, decoration, service, quality and variety of lunch.
Negatives: very small room for 14*. Register that I booked on the hotel website without being ongoing qq promotion.
Spa small but with organization seemed acceptable.
Very negative points: urgent in placing plaque in the Spa to invite users to shower before entering the pool. Everyone knows but unfortunately there are many who "forgot".
Watch at the Spa to force users not to make noise.
On the 2nd day I had the little luck of having as co-users of the Spa, 3 couples who did the greatest crap in the pools, took photos in the pools and sauna, left the Turkish door open, finally.
I took note of my dissatisfaction to the reception employee.
Taking this, you have a pretty pleasant stay.
