They were perfect.

Great place with kids.
Clean and Clean
And taste.
There is plenty to do in and around the hotel.
The kids didn’t want to go home.
There were circles, shows, an original pool and a cute jambory.
Staff very kind and friendly.
The hotel was partly renovated but it was not felt.
I have no doubt we'll be back in a car full of a nuclear family.

Highly recommended as a family experience in Jerusalem in winter

We spent a weekend in Jerusalem with family and children.
We stayed in the old wing of the hotel (one of the rooms smelled like sewage - we were replaced without problems), one couple with children stayed in the new wing - much more beautiful.
The advantage of the hotel is that they also have a large room for a family of four children (double + 3 + baby) - an advantage for large families.
The great attraction of the hotel is the heated countryside - the kids just had fun, we had a very good experience.
On Saturday instead of dinner - we got lunch (we ordered half a penny), because the dining room is closed on Saturday evening.
The location is perfect, a quarter-hour drive from the camp of Judea and the Old City, also in the camp of Judea and the Old City there were many open restaurants and it was fun to travel both on Friday evenings and Saturdays.
The gymnasium at the hotel is not equipped at all - so there is nothing to do there, but because there is a pool - we didn't really need the gymnasium.
There was a show for the kids on Saturday afternoon and a tour - highly recommended. The kids had a lot of fun (the auditorium also requires renovation:)
The food at the hotel was really delicious, although at breakfast the plates of the main dishes were not clean (so we used the plates of the salads)!
The staff is very kind and informative – Corinne was charming in organizing our dining room and family accommodation together.

Big disappointment.

Let's start with the good thing is that upgrade the room to a larger room.
Also when we arrived at the hotel I again pointed at the receipt and told me to send something to the room.Nothing was sent until I gave a reminder again the same day.
The food level in the dining room was very low.Dry pancakes.Orange juice had to be refreshed every morning because it was treated. The variety of groceries was very low.The freshness of vegetables was poor.In the beginning I ordered half a pancakes and at the last minute I changed no.
In short, very disappointing.

As always a fantastic stay

I have been staying here for many years to visit family. The rooms are fantastic - large walk in shower with toiletries. Fridge and safe and good storage kettle and coffee and coffee machine. Staff are friendly and helpful breakfasts amazing. The choice is endless evening meal the same.
Access to pool and country club a huge bonus.

Rachel Level Hotel scores 6 minus 10.

We got rooms in the "refined" area. The furniture in the rooms is very old except for the shower room that I have on a level. The food is Bionic level minus dinner on Thursday. The food is cold selection not large and mostly not delicious (too salty) The breakfast is reasonable minus, I did not encounter a hotel that doesn't serve a vegetable salad at breakfast except for the shower room that I have on a level. What do you expect we cut ourselves in a salad sleeve with a butter knife on the tables? The dinner on Friday is reasonable, noting that the hotel's accommodation is not full so there is no pressure in the dining room.
