Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that there is a 3.0% surcharge when you pay by MasterCard or Visa, JCB or Union Pay, and a 5.0% surcharge when paying by American Express. Pets: Only registered 'service animals' are allowed to stay at The Riverstone - other pets are not permitted in the rooms but can stay in the guest's vehicle providing they are not a nuisance to other guests. Electric vehicle charging - Guests cannot charge their electric/hybrid vehicles at The Riverstone. Our building insurance specifically does not permit this. There is a charging station available at Pak'nSave next door and at the BP service station on Flaxton Road
