Great short break

The rooms were clean & comfortable with plenty of towels & tea/coffee etc
Easy access to safe parking
Staff very accommodating ,helpful & friendly
Food was good at reasonable prices
Situated very close to station for easy travel into Amsterdam etc
At least 2 restaurants extremely close & plenty more within easy walking distance
We would happily recommend this hotel & hopefully return at some point

never again

The hotel was freezing. Not only was the service bad, the management's response was "It's your fault, it's the temperature throughout the hotel. Get used to it!!" As compensation, I was offered a 12% discount on my next visit. Never again.
In addition, there was no WiFi. The receptionist came to check and said, "I wonder if there is any WiFi in the room." His response was very helpful to me.

It was clean, tidy, well decorated and room was comfortable but altogether very strange - a huge hotel (long corridors and many floors) and, it seemed to me, empty. No one but myself in the cavernous breakfast/dining room. Odd and disconcerting.
Check-in wasn't working properly (that took 20 minutes). I did not see any one else check in or out.
Overall, not a pleasant experience and I would recommend the usual traveller to avoid it.

Nice clean spacious rooms, great location near the train station and multiple bus stops.
Plenty of convenient shopping around.
