Very nice place to stay with very friendly hosts

We stayed in a fully accommodated lodge, where we could cook our own meal. There is free WiFi and everything you need, for as well a long as a short stay. De hosts Mariëlle and Nico are very friendly and supporting.
Medemblik is a very nice historical harbour city, surrounded by all little villages and other nice harbour cities as Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Volendam.
There are a lot of nice restaurants and historical places to visit in Medemblik and the cities nearbye.

Not really a benb, more campy.

A simple and cramped gypsy wagon. Cooking, urinating and washing in another building. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.
It is more of a camping facility than a bed and breakfast. Also arrange breakfast yourself.
I thought the price-quality ratio was too expensive.

Hartelijk dank voor Uw review, U heeft zelf gekozen voor deze pipowagen( U koos bewust voor goedkoopte!!), die overigens universeel, dezelfde afmetingen hebben. U had ook kunnen kiezen voor een lodge in de boerderij, die gewoon nog beschikbaar waren op het moment van Uw boeking. U weet ook dat we circulair zijn en selfstustainable, zodat U inderdaad bij ons in de versmarkt Uw ontbijt kunt samenstellen, dit doen we om verspilling tegen te gaan. Overal ter wereld worden pipowagens met veel plezier en passie ingezet als bed and breakfast en NIET als kampeervoorziening. Wij zijn geen camping en dat zullen we ook nooit worden. U wist van tevoren wat U zou krijgen en heeft de goedkoopste accommodatie van heel Medemblik gekozen... Dan niet ook nog zeuren dat zelfs dat te duur is. Mag ik U vriendelijk uitnodigen niet meer naar de stad Medemblik te komen. Daar maakt U alle ondernemers hier ongelukkig mee. Hartelijk dank voor Uw medewerking. Met gastvrije groet,

Camping met eersteklas voorzieningen

Arado is een boerderij met een paar velden voor kamperen en een schuur waarin een aantal kamers. Ik heb hier een nacht gekampeerd tijdens fietsvakantie. Het is rustig, netjes en schoon. De voorzieningen zijn een klasse apart, zowel de gemeenschappelijke ruimte als douche/toilet zijn uitstekend.

Groene camping

Zeer geschikt als tussenstop voor IJsselmeer fietsrondje, tussen knooppunt 74 en 89
Ruime plaatsen.
Mooi gras en heggen tegen de wind.
De lodges heb ik even ingekeken, zagen er goed uit.
Supermarkt op ongeveer 1km.
De haven/centrum van Medemblik op ongeveer 1,5 km.
