Nice room in nice hotel.
You heard a little bit of the street noise, but that was not disturbing.
Nice that there are 2 pillows each with a different thickness.
Nice breakfast, not a very big choice, but certainly more than adequate.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bedankt voor je leuke review! Fijn om te horen dat je kamer goed beviel en van alles voorzien was. Ook mooi dat je de verschillende kussens kon waarderen en dat het straatgeluid niet storend was.
Leuk dat je genoten hebt van het ontbijt en bedankt voor de complimenten over ons team – dat waarderen we enorm! Hopelijk zien we je snel weer terug.

Dank je wel voor je feedback! Fijn om te horen dat je bed heerlijk was, het ontbijt goed beviel en dat je vriendelijk personeel hebt ontmoet. Ook goed om te weten dat de ligging van het hotel en de parkeer- en treinkaartjesregeling handig voor je waren.
Wat betreft het interieur van de basic room, begrijpen we dat het misschien wat verouderd aanvoelde. We nemen je opmerking zeker mee om te kijken waar we kunnen verbeteren. We hopen dat je ondanks dit alsnog een fijn verblijf hebt gehad.

Dirty bed and angry chambermaid
But the rest was to cry...It is super noisy, the people above us could sometimes literally understand. On arrival the bed was not clean. Moltons full of hair and spots. This was solved by a terribly angry chambermaid. Never been treated so offensively by hotel staff. Didn't dare leave it to her again in our room for the 3 days, when I wasn't there, so didn't choose cleaning during our stay. Breakfast we got was to cry. I only asked for a banana the first morning, but that was not possible. So without breakfast out the door. For someone who loves healthy eating...bring your own breakfast. For us, it is not worth repeating.

Personal very kind an professionnel. Great situation at the train station.
