Rooftop dinner with a view of note.

We had a stunning rooftop dinner at the Hotels restaurant. The view is spectacular over the beach and the ocean. The service was exceptional and the rack of lamb was divine. Thank you very much to Armand and the staff for a memorable evening. We'll definitely be back.

Okay, with good location

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a round trip. It's okay so far, even if there are better ones in Swapokmund. The location is very good between the beach and the old town. The rooms are well equipped with balcony and ocean view. They put me to sleep with the sound of the sea and wake me up with school noise.
However, there was no hot water upstairs. In the morning there was a power outage. On the first morning this could quickly fix the, on the second unfortunately very late, so that the breakfast was cancelled. Although coffee was still served, but only in small quantities. We haven't seen vermin.

“Not Value for money”
I prefer when people give practical reviews so I’d like to do that here.
The Hotel is in a great location, with a great exterior and friendly staff but that’s it.
It’s unfortunately not a place for friends or young couples.
We stayed in a comfort room and paid per person
The rooms have no wow effect. And felt more like a standard room.
Strong points: 1)sea view 2)bathtub
Weak points: 1)overpriced - price is per person not per room 2) no amenities- old tv, no spa or gym, no lounge 3) poor breakfast.
The staff was so friendly and helpful but there’s a difference between hospitality and friendliness. Hope they can improve on this.
I recommend for 1 person only and for one night only.

Thank you for the welcoming

The location is ideal as it is close to the pier. The experience at the Artemis hotel was very good thanks to the exceptional welcome from the staff, notably Adel and Ursulla at reception as well as the fairy who works in the restaurant (the seafood dish was divine and she prepared a spritz which is the best I have tasted). The room is spacious, bright and well equipped (with fridge and kettle), which is also the case for the bathroom. One downside, however: it’s quite cold there.

Hotel located a few steps from the seafront and the shopping area.
Large rooms but in need of renovation.
Breakfast is served in a room adjacent to the hotel, which is also quite bare.
Very friendly receptionist.
